Quantum risk is starting to affect decisions across crypto infrastructure.
This week’s developments highlights security standards are beginning to influence how networks are built, how governments buy technology and how institutions assess long-term exposure. ⬇️🧵

Two pizzas. 10,000 BTC.
The purchase that showed Bitcoin could buy something real and helped spark today’s infrastructure: wallets, stablecoins and global payments.
Happy #BitcoinPizzaDay. 🍕

2️⃣ Hong Kong SFC Pilots for 24/7 Tokenized Fund Trading on Crypto Exchanges
Hong Kong’s SFC will permit secondary trading of tokenized authorized funds on licensed virtual asset trading platforms. The change could enable near 24/7 dealing. Tokenized AUM reportedly reached HK$10.7B as of March 2026 - 7x YoY.

1/ April 2026 has seen an elevated level of security incidents across the digital asset ecosystem.
Notable on-chain events include:
• @DriftProtocol: approximately $285 million in losses
• @KelpDAO: approximately $293 million via a cross-chain bridge exploit - the largest DeFi incident of the year to date.
At least 12 protocols and related entities have been impacted this month.
The e23 team is making our first appearance at Monie Fest 2026.
Connect with us on 11 April at @MITEC_MY. We’ll be engaging with industry leaders, partners, and builders across crypto and financial markets.
This is your opportunity to speak with us in person and exchange perspectives on stablecoins, tokenisation, and the infrastructure driving the next phase of finance.
If you’re attending, come speak with us!
Digital finance and blockchain systems need to be PQC-enabled as quantum risk accelerates, with @GoogleQuantumAI pointing to a 2029 horizon.

Circle's @arc is baking quantum resistance into its L1 from day one with opt-in post-quantum signatures on mainnet.
An early move. 'Harvest now, decrypt later' is a real risk. Forward-thinking infrastructure play by @circle.
Stablecoins power liquidity.
Tokenisation brings RWAs on-chain.
A quantum-resistance financial infrastructure ties it all together.
The future of finance will be decided by how seamless these layers connect.
TradFi brings credibility and deep liquidity.
DeFi brings programmability and near-instant settlement.
Together, they change how finance works - and e23 makes it possible.
