While they are charging their own fees but they are not paying us our salary dues & PF. We are in dire straits without salary for last 2.5 years. We are not in a position to indulge in lengthy legal cases.

Earlier the excuse was that the company doesn't have money to pay. But, recently the company has got Rs.110 crores from Airtel after directions from Hon. Supreme Court but despite that they are not even paying the statutory dues. Deloitte has totally mismanaged the resolution

Many of us even raised it on CPGRAMS and always the ticket was closed intimating that the issue is in their cognizance. Vishal Guptaa 9810035980 is the consulting CHRO but he doesn't take our calls. The Management Committee formed for the resolution doesn't respond to our emails

We were suddenly terminated on 25th May'22,but were paid Salaries only till Nov'21. Even the statutory PF is not submitted by the company since Nov'21 onwards. We have been demanding our salary & PF dues for a long time & have intimated EPFO and Labour Ministry also for the same

Our Company went into Insolvency in March 2018. Deloitte India was handed the responsibility for resolution. Some of us were kept in service for looking after the organisation till a resolution is found out and were paid salary minus the Performance Pay part of CTC
