Hi @boots just turned up for my daughters chicken pox vaccination in wood green that was booked on your website weeks ago only to be told the store don’t do them. There’s a chicken pox vax sign in store too and it’s still available to book online. Why? Such a waste of time.

My god. He tried his best to get an ambulance, repeatedly calling 999 to report mum was having trouble breathing. His final call is to tell the call-handler it was too late. This is appalling. My heart goes out to this poor family. She was 56. How could this happen?
