Overall I think it's best for business. The algo supports this cycle being human psychology driven.

Why do you think Bollywood keeps making these OG song remakes?
Making a remake of a Bollywood Classic is a bad idea from the get go.
You don't get the original team that brought the piece to life. You end up butchering the soul of the song and you get tons of backlash [1/?]

But there are lot of way the Music Company might benefit from it:
1. All engagement is good for business -
More people talk about it, people have to watch the trash remake to talk about it
2. Negativity is a way to virality with the current algorithm [2/?]
