Curious minds often explore the less travelled paths and when you do, a strong force will try to drag you down. No matter how strong, channelize your inner self into doing the right thing.
I honestly don’t understand why people are speaking negatively about Smriti Mandhana.
Do people even realize how much effort it takes to build such a strong physique as a girl ?
Balancing intense workouts twice a day along with professional cricket practice is not easy.
That kind of fitness doesn’t come overnight. It comes from discipline, sacrifice, and years of hard work.
People forget the basics.
Women have far less testosterone than men (around 30–70 ng/dL vs 800–900 ng/dL).
Even for men, building strength takes years so imagine the effort it takes for women.
And hitting a 80-meter six as a woman athlete? That’s not easy even for an average man.
It takes time, technique, and serious hard work.
I’ve seen this mindset hurt dreams up close. My friend’s sister wanted to pursue wrestling. She loved it in school. But people discouraged her, saying her body would “look bad” and she wouldn’t “look like a woman.” Eventually, she dropped her dream.
And I’m sure there are thousands of girls in our country who’ve given up on sports because of such thinking.
This is exactly why trolling women athletes is dangerous.
Smriti Mandhana is:
>Beautiful
>Elegant
>Incredibly hardworking
Her physique is proof of dedication, not something to mock.
Trolling her just for views, payouts, or attention is not right. There are many ways to get views do debates, discussions, or criticism within moral limits but dragging a woman athlete down like this is shameful.
If we don’t support women in sports today, how do we expect India to represent women athletes globally tomorrow?
Instead of discouraging them, we should encourage them.
Please stop spreading negativity.
It affects not just one athlete, but the future of women’s sports in India.
I felt bad, so I wrote this.
The rest is up to you 🙌🏻

A female doctor from JJ hosp attempted suicide after facing harassment by senior faculty, saved just in time. Resident doctors face endless shifts, mental stress, and unfair treatment. Is this how we build a healthy nation?Listen to their cries before they break! @CMOMaharashtra

Let's talk about Emulation. Have y'all played Super Mario Bros ? We all did in our childhood. It was a classic after all. The game was originally 1983 on Nintendo Entertainment System also called as "NES". They don't sell it anymore. Yet, we still play it today. HOW ?
