Booked the same flight for same dates and time via @happyeasygo and successfully got my refund before the expected time. If one agency is refunding back money, why is @makemytrip not able to do so?

I just got off a call with @IndiGo6E and they said that NO ACTION REGARDING THE REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN TAKEN BY @makemytrip while MMT easily claims about not having got response from airline.

Sem=10
Per sem=8-9 subjects
On an average,4 out of 7 days are progressive marking.
365 days out of which 2 1/2 months are holidays(incl. vacations)
total working =290 days
i.e. 42 working weeks
42x4=168 markings/year
168x5=840
*840* exams
