Lesson 16: Love yourself.
I’ve learned that it’s impossible to love anyone else unless we first learn to love ourselves. Love yourself like your life depends upon it… Because it does. #30DaysToBeing30
Lesson 15: Friendships remains constant. With time some might be married, some with kids or some across the global – stay in touch with them. Call, text, facetime or tag them in a meme if you miss them. #30DaysToBeing30
Lesson 14: TC of your family. We are busy chasing money & time, but what remains constant is your family. One of the most painful feelings in the world is to have ur time wid someone you love cut short unexpectedly, knowing that you could’ve done more but didn’t. #30DaysToBeing30
Lesson13: Get Mentors. I have been fortunate enough to find my mentors in my family, friend & at work who have not only supported me in my best & worst times but have pushed me out of my comfort zone and given me that zeal to DO MORE!! #30DaysToBeing30

Lesson 12: Managing energy–not time–is the key to real productivity. It not the time ones needs to take out but the energy for it: Each day gives us a short window of about 2-4 hours of high-energy, high-productivity time. #30DaysToBeing30

Lesson 11: Look at what’s real.
Coca-cola is carbonated sugar water — that’s what’s real. Fine red wine is actually aged grape juice — that’s what’s real. I could go on and on, but I think you get the point: look at things as they really are… #30DaysToBeing30
