DM Office has rejected @OfficialNBCC request to resume construction in matter of #Amrapali flat buyers not to be forgotten that NBCC was appointed by Hon’ble SC.

I would request @dmgbnagar to allow NBCC resume construction. It’s about 46K HBs who are waiting from a decade.

Hon’ble Min Shri @HardeepSPuri Ji. SC has directed #Amrapali buyers to deposit their outstanding by 15th June. Banks are not disbursing their pending sanction amount even to regular accounts. Ld. Receiver has also requested the same as banks are reluctant. Kindly intervene pls.
