Hey @Lenskart, your #RunForFrame campaign is broken. I walked 20,384 steps, Google Fit and Health Connect both show the data, and all permissions are enabled. Yet your app still says "No step data found." Hours wasted because your app can't sync properly. Please fix this.

I completed 20,000+ steps for the #RunForFrame contest. My fitness app has full proof, but the Lenskart app failed to sync and showed "No Data". This is unfair to genuine participants. Please verify manually and resolve this asap.

Enabled all required permissions,
Restarted the app and my iPhone,
Visited a Lenskart store, but even the staff couldn’t resolve the issue

I’m attaching screenshots and all the proof. If customers complete the challenge but can’t claim the reward because of app issues, it seriously undermines trust in the campaign.
