Support tickets are generated but no resolution. Emails go unanswered. Yet, constant renewal reminders keep coming.
₹1,03,000 premium for just ₹4,00,000 cover?
This is unacceptable.

Disappointed with @StarHealthIns. Paying ₹1.03L premium for ₹4L cover for my parents with 20% co-pay and no consumables. 8 years of policy continuity but no upgrade option. Meanwhile other insurers offer ₹10L cover at lower premium. Need a review of this policy.
@StarHealthIns Please look into this urgently. You advertise 3-hour claim settlement, but our discharge has been pending since morning due to claim approval delay. Patient is ready to leave but we're still waiting. Kindly expedite the process.
