@flipkartsupport it's really poor installation service from flipkart. They block schedule from 8AM to 8 PM and don't bother to actually give time slot when person will visit. Person assigned task don't pick up call or even bother to reply. Quite unprofessional behavior!!!

@flipkartsupport on top of that customer service center person is also helpless that all he/she can do is just to give feedback to the installation engineer. Neither they can talk with them and get me exact time nor they can reassign to some other professional person :(

@socialepfo I am trying to fill enominee details since last one week and keep on getting failure because portal is not able to handle current user load. It's really frustrating to waste time on keep on filling details and getting failure while submitting.

@flipkartsupport shoes ordered on 27th November and promised date was 7th of Dec (10days after order) . Tracking information shows product is not shipped yet and customer care is saying it will respond to me by 10th of Dec. Isn't that pathetic service ?

@flipkartsupport Delivery date jumped to 14th dec from 7th and still no one really contacted me to give me justifications. Only reply I get is to be considerate out team is working on it. Actually I ordered flipflop isme itna kya investigation chal raha hey Pata nahi.Can't you just call seller?

@flipkartsupport Raised customer support request.... Talk with executive and raised request here as well.... Still no resolution... Online state still remains the same. I think I should stop using flipkart now.

@flipkartsupport So this means even after escalating it to this level assurance from your support team means nothing. only in last 5-6 months I ordered products worth more than 1 lac here. and since last month I am facing this issue with late or no delivery .. no support ..no updates ...

@flipkartsupport I am reporting it here after going through mail I have received yesterday that i will get resolution by 9 am today. I didn't even receive any update by that time forget about resolution of my issue.
