An important development has taken place in response to the recent Press Note issued by RSTSA against the CA fraternity. A comprehensive representation, prepared by the legal department of ICAI and signed by Secretary ICAI, has been submitted to Shri Prakash Rajpurohit Ji, Chief Commissioner of State GST.

We are pleased to share that Shri Prakash Rajpurohit Ji has assured us that a joint meeting with the association will be called next week to address and resolve the concerns raised. This step reflects the continuous efforts of ICAI to safeguard the interests of our esteemed members.

We remain committed to ensuring that the integrity and professionalism of our fraternity are upheld.
