@AlaskaAir - Had a very bad experience with recent AS591 cancellation. I ended up booking AeroMexico and one night stay in Guadalajara to reach home after a 18 hour travel for 5.5 hour non-stop I had booked with you #alaskaairlines .. can you reimburse for the additional expense?
