We do it mostly as an internal challenge for our agency site.
Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO are easier to max out.
Mobile Performance 100 consistently is the real game.

Stack is Astro btw — but honestly, any clean stack can do it.
Whether 100 is necessary or just developer ego… that’s another debate 😅
