My Basic Gas DC (2018 issued) is going to expire in upcoming month. When I tried to apply for renewal of Basic Gas DC, system is asking for 3 months of Seatime on Gas Tanker. I don’t have seatime on Gas Tankers. Pls advise me how to renew my DC.

24 hrs a day (5 on 7 off + 7 on 5 off ). Why are we shown only half part on papers? Why 7 on 5 off is not mentioned ?

Both for long term on paper / software is not an issue as per regulations but definitely the #seafarer who does it knows the actual fatigue which severely affects physical & mental health!
