While doing a retro with my team at Setu, reflecting on the past three months of work, something clicked.

I had recently visited Dalí’s Theatre-Museum and was reminded of the photos of him and his team planning and building what would become one of the most iconic art experiences in the world.

He wasn’t just creating art; he was investing in its future. That thought stayed with me and inspired this piece on how great design teams operate the same way, balancing creativity with intent, and thinking like investors, not just artists.
