@blstock04 @DC_Safari @BECommander11@ksorbs Started before him, being funded under him. Was it impossible for him to end illegal gain of function research the 4 years he was in office? Was he not in charge of the NIH when what happened in Wuhan occurred?
@ksorbs Her logic is ridiculous. It's posturing and nothing else. Limiting legal carriers of firearms makes those mothers less safe rather than more safe... she even admitted she didn't think it'd keep criminals from carrying.
@FrklnwRu1 @JDCocchiarella You really need me to find you a privately owned ship equipped with cannon? The air rifle was used by the Austrian Army & other repeating weapons in civilian hands were later used by militaries. Riflemen WERE singleshot but the union/confederates did use machine guns & cannon.
@FrklnwRu1 @JDCocchiarella Any ship with cannons on it was a battleship back then (you know what a battleship is right?), & I proved cannons were privately owned for you. How much googling do I have to do for you? lol
@FrklnwRu1 @JDCocchiarella Repeating rifles were in development in 1777: https://t.co/mbPOCNdpSq
And were widely available in 1791, though expensive. A 22 shot rifle was on the Lewis and Clark expedition for example.
Hereʼs info from the washington post on cannons (again ur wrong): https://t.co/H5oT1hy9y9
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella Your paranoia ad-hominem is projection. If I was paranoid I woułdnʼt visit a city, bc Iʼm more likely to die by gunfire there even though everyone around me in the wilderness is armed. If I was paranoid I wouldnʼt drive, bc stats show thatʼs far more dangerous than gun ownership.
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella If civilian gun killings even approached HALF the annual alcohol/drunk driving deaths it wouldnʼt justify disarming. Paranoia is thinking the gun is gonna jump out & kill you instead of comparing these stats to the 180+ million US gun owners & democide numbers that are VERY real.
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella Uh-huh. Iʼm paranoid. Tell that to my cherokee ancestors/girlfriendʼs european jewish ancestors. We would WAY safer when the hungry bear/bobcat came through my property (or the armed meth-heads looking to steal). In your mind attacks and mass democide donʼt and arenʼt happening.
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella If those killed by guns in the US even approached HALF the number of annual alcohol/drunk driving deaths in the US it STILL wouldnʼt justify any further infringement on the 2nd amendment. Driving vs not is less safe. Safety < freedom & self-defense is STILL a human right.
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella You must be turning a blind eye to the facts that donʼt suit you. Google democide or how many 100s of millions of people have been killed by their own governments. Google gun laws in China, then their estimated slavery count or how many wegers/muslims are in concentration camps.
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella Uh-huh. Tell that to my Cherokee ancestors who were disarmed. Or my girlfriendʼs European Jewish ancestors. Hell, in my lifetime I wonder what would have happened to my family/animals if I'd been defenseless when that bobcat broke in... or when the methheads came armed to steal
@DenisefromCali Yeah, thatʼs what I tell conservatives blaming it all on Biden. Although he made it worse, Trump is just as responsible for the trillions in "covid relief" (that mostly went to protecting the elite) ruining the economy as Biden is.
@DenisefromCali @JDCocchiarella Itʼs funny how safety classes tell you to expect the unexpected and then people will call you paranoid for doing so. With over 150 million US gun owners compared to those stats I think youʼre the paranoid one but... best of luck to you too.
Self-defense is still a human right.
Biden is awful.
However, Trump also signed off on printing trillions in COVID relief “stimulus”.
Really glad Democrats and Republicans could finally work together…. To destroy the economy 🤗
