@IndiGo6E First, the crew used the seatbelt sign as an excuse. Even 35 minutes after it was off, they reluctantly served a quarter cup of coffee after repeated requests. Seems like they wanted to save it!

@IndiGo6E Indigo, despite costly tickets, service is poor. On 6E 0505 (PNR: MZF4YC), crew delayed serving beverages and gave a quarter cup of poor-quality coffee after multiple requests. Train staff for faster, better service—Air India is setting a better example!

Poor customer care and updates from Airtel. I've been facing an internet shutdown since yesterday at 3:45 PM. My problem persists, but the app shows it as resolved. What a big lie.

Madam, please visit Zone 1 area. You'll see the mismanagement—sweepers are assigned, but no one shows up. No cleaning, and the roads are in bad shape.
