I decided to do my own analysis of H.E. Edwin W. Sifuna interview after receiving your feedback, suggestions, comments, and critiques.

But before that remember that in politics, every audience hears what it wants to hear.

The real measure of a successful interview isn't who celebrates it, it's when the propaganda machinery is immediately deployed to discredit it. That's usually a sign the message landed exactly where it needed to. Lets get to it!

So far, we have visited around 20 counties.This journey is still in its early stages.

Yesterday was never going to be the platform to unveil a manifesto. Surely, guys, in the famous words of H.E. Edwin Sifuna, "We would not do it in an evening show." But he did reaffirm the principles that continue to define the Linda Mwananchi movement.

1. Linda Mwananchi will always be anchored on the law.

Once again, he took us back to the Preamble of the Constitution. We will keep circling back to it because Kenyans have endured years of a government that has chosen to ignore the law.

The Constitution already guides us on how we should relate to one another, how government should serve the people, how development should be people-centred not profit-centred, how borrowing and public debt should be managed, how the economy should be empowered, and how human rights should be protected.

When a government has the discipline to obey the law, institutions work, businesses thrive, people earn an honest living, legacies are built, and lives change.

2. Linda Mwananchi is a consultative movement.

He reminded us that this is not a one-man show.

From elected leaders, to young people, women, professionals, our online community, and supporters across the country, there are channels through which ideas are discussed and decisions are made. That is how democracy should work.

3. Experts will build the government.

One of the most refreshing things he said was that he does not know everything and neither should any leader pretend to.

Every sector will be shaped by the professionals and experts who understand it best. Doctors will help shape healthcare. Teachers will help reform education. Engineers, farmers, entrepreneurs, creatives, lawyers, and innovators will all have a seat at the table.

The Linda Mwananchi Government will not belong to politicians alone. It will belong to Kenyans and their expertise.

4. We will live up to the name "Linda Mwananchi"

We will listen, We are not perfect, and we do not want to be placed on that pedestal.

We will prioritise development that genuinely improves people's lives.

He asked a simple but powerful question: Why are we building affordable housing in places like Funyula where there are no informal settlements?

He questioned why projects like Talanta Stadium are celebrated without honestly discussing the debt future generations will shoulder, while still falling short of international standards.

He reminded us that the success of SHA should not be measured by how many people have registered, but by whether it has actually improved healthcare for ordinary Kenyans.

Development must solve people's problems, not simply create headlines.

And lastly...

He reminded us of something that has become deeply personal to many Kenyans.

"We will not kill you or your children."

Think about it.

Many of you constantly tell us to be careful what we eat, where we go, who we meet, and even to be cautious in television studios.

Those fears do not come from nowhere. They reflect the anxiety many Kenyans feel about the current govt!

The right to life should never depend on whether you agree with the government. It is a constitutional right that belongs to every Kenyan.

So trust the process.

Let's continue meeting wananchi, listening to them, learning from them, and protecting them.

After all, this is The making of the Sifuna Presidency and all of us have a role to play in building it, one conversation, one county, and one Kenyan at a time.

This brother called Pacho has ended the season with zero yellow cards in the league and champions league, it’s unbelievable.

He made his professional debut barely 7 years ago, but he plays like a veteran of the game. So composed at only age 24😭

You don’t have to spend billions to sign quality players, he cost PSG €40m, but Brainthwaite and the likes are valued at £80m. Sporting directors and scouts should do some work and stop being lazy, there are players out there waiting to be seen.

You see that club in Ecuador called Independiente del Valle, they produce solid players. From Caicedo to Hincapie, to Pacho, I’m sure scouts specifically go there to sign players.

These are the kind of leagues Tony Bloom and his Jamestown Analytics focus on.

Funny part is that there’s a story where Pacho didn’t want to go to Independiente, he had turned down a team before them because he’s a mummy’s boy, he said he can’t do without his mum😅. Independiente had to present a plan that could accommodate his family before he moved there.

This guy was scouted by Belgian club Royal Antwerp, and later to Frankfurt. Do you know the common thing amongst both clubs, he spent just one full season at both clubs before PSG, such smaller clubs can’t keep stars for long.

Bro has two champions league at 24, zero hype but he’s up there with the best. I can’t wait to see him for Ecuador at the World Cup. He’s a monster, a clean monster, not a typical South American defender😅
