@RailMinIndia @RailMinIndia Sir... Please pay some attention to Eastern Division for all the trains arriving Howrah is coming late by 8-9 Hr late (daily, all trains). My parents (80 Yr) coming from Durg to HWH by 12809 is currently running late by 09 Hrs. Out of total travel time of 14 Hr..

All the trains in Mumbai Howrah route, running towards Howrah Jn are always "running late" without any reason. Delay is very significant and daily it is in the range of 6-8 Hr. for all trains arriving Howrah. @RailMinIndia
