These draw from common strategies used in African agriculture, particularly in Ghana and similar research contexts where labor migration to cities, low loyalty, and theft are persistent issues.

When you are “kind” because you want something in return (e.g employee loyalty), you are being transactional, not kind. Nothing wrong with that. However, you can’t make someone loyal. You can only find out if they’re a loyal person or not. Most people decide to only be kind to the extent that they don’t expect anything in return.

The goal is to help build a more sustainable operation by addressing root causes like motivation, accountability, and security, while reducing reliance on unreliable hires.

There is no surest tech route, but take the money and buy a used 350k laptop, then follow the next few instructions. I promise you, you'll be able to pay that 750k in 6 months or at worse, half of it.

Here's how you're going to spend the remaining 400k after you've gotten the laptop...

150k will pay for a product design course. I recommend you pay for a course because courses like these are structured for beginners to follow, but if you're like me that likes to rugged everything, go to YouTube and type: Product design for beginners.

Even if you pay for a course, still go to YouTube and spend the next 6 months there. Everyday, before you sleep at night, spend atleast one hour watching a YouTube video on design and figma. Also, spend one hour practicing daily. This is very important.

Next, use 150k for data for the next 4-6 months. I'll prefer you buy the 4G box that comes with unlimited data. It's usually about 20-30k monthly, depending on the network. Just make sure it's unlimited because you're going to be watching a lot of videos.

Lastly, use 100k to buy blue tick on X. This should pay for one year.

Why blue tick? To get more visibility because everyday as you're learning, you will be posting.

Day 1: Today is day one of learning product design. I have 6 months to learn this and make money, so that I can pay back my uncle.

By Day 180, two things would have happened.

You would have already started getting small gigs. 100k here. 50k there. 200k there.

If you have a good eye for design, and your designs are really good, you would have landed a remote paying role of above 350k-1m monthly.

So what if this does not happen in 6 months?

That means you didn't follow my instructions.

You skipped step!

This morning, alongside the Permanent Secretary, Dr. Magdalene Ajani, and the Comptroller General of the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS), Kemi Nanna Nandap, I inspected the newly-built Centralised Passport Personalisation Centre at the NIS headquarters in Abuja.

Together with journalists from various newsrooms, we toured the new facility with detailed explanations from technical partners who walked us through every unit.

As the Minister of Interior, I make bold to say that the #RenewedHope of President @officialABAT Tinubu (GCFR) has lived up to its promise of transparency and accountability, and with this new facility housing high-speed machines, Nigerians can be assured that our passport production capability has just gotten better.

With these strategic infrastructural investment, which did not cost a kobo to the government, the NIS can now personalise over 1,000 passports in one hour.

To put it into perspective, long before this development, the service can only record an average of 250–300 passports daily. But, today, under 5 work hours, the service can now deliver about 4500 to 5000 passports.

As a major milestone, for the first time in 62 years of the service, this centralisation puts an end to the production of our passports at multiple centres across the world.

It is equally important to note that this development will help us deliver passports faster to applicants and drastically cut down on waiting time in our bid to put an end to needless delays that once riddled the passport acquisition process.

Again! Let me state it expressly and categorically that Fuji Music as a Genre of music has come to stay. The music has become global than to go into extinction like wooly mammoth.

I understand your concern; just like some other individuals that shared this notion , it is borne out of love and passion for the Genre. However, in accepting this notion, one will be falling into fallacy of Arguementum as Populum if care isn’t taken.

There are many variables and indices to know that Fuji as a genre of music will continue to stand the test of time.

In allaying fears like this is one of the reason why some of us have decided to invest in upcoming Fuji Musicians and to encourage them in all manner’s possible. You will agree with me that over the past year, there has been deliberate concerted efforts beyond what use to be to bring rising Fuji Musicians into limelight. While we won’t rest on our oars, the argument on whether if or not Fuji will run into extinction is an illusion myth.

Fuji has become global and it will continue to soar high.
