@Melissa82466090@NCRCisLIT Yes itโs always nice to have time to talk to other teachers around the district and hear ideas and things they are doing! There is always something we can bring back!
@NCRCisLIT I just finished reading โThe boy who was raised as a dogโ for a book study. It was defiantly a very dense, overwhelming read, but super interesting and there were so many connections I could make with former students!
@NCRCisLIT A2. A majority of the books I pick are because they help me teach a lesson in some way. I love to be able to read relatable texts and texts that students already know. During holidays, we read a lot of fun read alouds for enjoyment!
@NCRCisLIT A1. In kindergarten I guess I canโt really think how we take a ton of risks, but I really encourage them to jump in and try things. We are starting to work on sounding out words and writing and we always want to try on our own before asking for help.
@NCRCisLIT A4: I think even making a difference in the life of one child is a huge success. As teachers we need to strive to make sure our students feel loved, safe, and give them a comfortable environment in which to learn. If we can do those things we have done our job! #NCRCchat
