Alistair Keys

I'm a Scottish geek who's into trance music, weeb stuff and the Nim programming language.

@FarmingWithYHWH @barelyreaper @kai_fall You can get smaller than that: I passed a few compiler args and got a 22K file and there will be plenty more savings if you look for them (I've seen an article about writing a 4K intro in Nim).

@timenikalnahai @LoremIpsumVerb The web novel, arc 7. We're going to find out what some main characters have been up to (the arc starts with Subaru doing his own thing).

@lzsthw You could probably use the 'options' module to get rid of that "NOTHING" string: https://t.co/voKjVWet3v

@CDConelrad @giffgaff Yep, it's no fun using headphones and then hearing that. I have no idea why marketing folk think annoying customers is a good strategy.

@SnellgroveLucas @TalkTalk It looks like a country-wide outage if Twitter is anything to go by. Trying configuring different DNS servers like Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) or OpenDNS if you're techy. That gets you some web sites but many don't work.

[Alistair Keys @akeys1980]

@ShayTweetz1 @TalkTalk Same for me in Tayside too. I changed my DNS servers to use Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and can access some websites now but it's a bit flaky. Worth a go.

Look like my account was hacked. Don't click any of those links you might have seen! (This is my 1st tweet ever...)
