@EurekaforbesIN The issue wasn't resolved. You are misleading customers by advertising that spareparts are covered in the service while at the time of service you charge exorbitant amounts over and above the already expensive service charges.

@Eureka_ForbesIN I have a gold AMC for which I am charged 3700 per year for an Aquaguard water purifier that cost me 13000 to buy.
Now the service centre tells me spare parts would be chargeable too while the AMC covers spare parts. Extremely poor response from your employees too

@SwiggyCares don't know what kind of fraud Swiggy is running. Ordered 8 packets of tomato wafers thru Swiggy for child's bday and got plain salted wafers. You are charging 50% more than MRP and can't even deliver the right order. Why do you take such orders if cant fulfill?
