At no time was work email shared to Ather or Razorpay but I got transaction alert and order alert on work email. Never shared work id before with Ather or Razorpay. What is going on?

Yesterday Swiggy couldn’t even deliver my order… yet they happily charged an express delivery fee.

When I contacted support, they said the express fee cannot be refunded.

Their logic?
“Refund is only possible if the order is delayed significantly.”

I told them it had already been 50+ minutes.

Apparently that’s not “significant”.

Now I’m genuinely curious - what exactly counts as a significant delay?

Order in the morning and receive it by evening?

Makes you wonder… is quick commerce actually quick, especially during festive season rush? 🤷‍♂️

The Raviraj pan shop is inside the Raviraj compound.
Its customers, however, park their four wheelers right at the mouth of Lane 10, Bhandarkar Ins Road, under a clear No Parking sign, blocking residents who are just trying to reach their homes.
If the shop is inside the compound, shouldn’t the parking be inside too?
And if asked to move we are shown 2 fingers, as in 2 mins only madam!!
imagine waiting for 2 mins for all the pan shop customers & HDFC bank customers and the lehenga store customers & the cafe customers …!!

@LiveFromALounge The new rules like these should be applicable to new customers while old customers accepted the TnC appilcable at that point of time. For example a zero balance savings account cannot be converted as bank gave a written TnC which they cannot change ethically change. (cont.)

Interesting for this notification to mention that Infinia card may be withdrawn and an alternate card may be issued (will be interesting to see what it will be) but the communication received yesterday didn't mention this aspect with same clarity.
