I got a chance once in my life to talk with one of your agents at customer service and after getting a non sense answer , I asked if she can check for other PNR as well.Her reply was “ for 1 call ,only 1 PNR can be checked “ and then immediately hung up the call @allianceair

@allianceair I have been following up for my refund for 2 PNRs : SYRFSL and HYUWP3 for past 2 weeks through email, they always tell the refund is processed and still the travel agents are waiting to get refund

I am unable to claim many skywards miles, as there is a name change in passport and the registered username with emirates. I have earlier attached a passport scanned copy to [email protected], but they responded the mail is no longer valid for claim.
