@AmericanAir has DESTROYED my family’s first ever spring break! It all started when the @AmericanAir flight crew was late arriving to RDU airport on Saturday, causing our flight to CLT to be delayed over an hour. We missed our connecting flight to Bahamas as a result. Mind you
To fly to the Bahamas. We’ve had to buy clothes, miss our first day in @VisitTheBahamas, waste our 2nd day waiting for bags that never arrived + buying clothes, toiletries, etc. for 5 people. And guess what @AmericanAir has STILL not contacted me to let me know where our luggage
We expect to meet our luggage in BAH because @AmericanAir has our checked luggage and it should have made it out on our missed connection flight. It doesn’t and it stays in @MCO. It’s been nearly 72 hours and I STILL haven’t received my luggage. We’ve had to get new covid test
I’m traveling with 6 year old, 4 y.on and a 10 month old children. We were told in CLT by the @AmericanAir customer service that there were no more flights to BAH on Sat and would have to go through MCO on Sunday. So we fly to MCO and stay in a crappy @Marriott by Seaworld.

@NissanRaleigh customers can’t spend hours upon hours in a dealership! People have families, jobs, and other obligations to tend to. At the very least service people can communicate what is going on and act like they care about people’s time even though we all know they don’t.
Had the worst customer service experience at @NissanRaleigh today. Took my car in for service appointment, waited 3 hours with no update or communication and ended up having to leave with no service on my car. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! @NissanRaleigh should be ashamed.
