Also, if I don’t use treaties, do I omit ‘D Treaties’ from the bibliography or add it and leave it with nothing under? And do I skip to E Other or put ‘Other’ as D?

And do newspaper articles count under A Articles?

@AGLCTweets In one footnote, I refer to Evidence Act 1995 (NSW); Evidence Act 2004 (Norfolk Island) etc. Then I refer to the same immediately after, but just s 76. Can I use 'ibid s 76' or not since it's multiple statutes?
