@MSIngawa If this circular truly originates from the office of a Director in the Ministry of Education, then something is really wrong. A Director cannot write a date or itemise correctly.
Commonly, people go to the places of worship to pray for their individual and collective needs (whatever such needs are). But seriously, I think we should worship God as a way of planning and preparing the return of our soul to Him. May God give us a long life.
@ChroniclesPHC@ruffydfire For me, Rufai has simply shown his optimism that further achievement can be recorded and that Nigeria can be recreated. I don't think that statement sounds like a criticism, rather he is urging the government to do more, which for me, is reasonable.

Nowadays, religious organizations are established to exploit people which is against the preaching of the Bible. For example see:
