@SunWeatherMan I think the geology supports EDC, while the monument archeology ECDO definitely points to *something* at ECDO's Np'. Maybe not a new rotational north pole. If it is, then the way the ocean movement is currently modeled for ECDO is wrong - it can't explain the geology we see.

@HashZappa ok, answered my own question. Definitely DEDC. I happen to believe that's the best fit theory we have for the geological evidence right now.
@HashZappa Complete newby here, so please excuse me if my comment neglects something important. Have you included the bulge/rise of the materials above the crust as they move to the equator? I doubt the crust would resist those forces during the tilt. Like sawdust floating on water.
@wavetossed @HashZappa The problem with watertight bunkers is that they'll implode under thousands of feet of water from the pressure. The sediment washed over your doorway will be 30-100 ft thick. It would be a tomb.
@HashZappa @SunWeatherMan That 21km, is that the diameter difference between N-S (polar) diameter and E-W (equatorial) diameter? If so wouldn't you need to halve that to be a radius difference and then more reduction for mid-latitudes where the difference is less extreme?
