@myntra @MyntraSupport My order is showing as “Delivered”, but I have not received the product.

I have already raised 2 complaints with Customer Support:

1. One complaint is not even showing its current status.
2. The other was closed with an incorrect/unresolved resolution,

Now I’m also unable to connect with the Customer Support team over a call.

Please reopen the complaint, investigate the delivery, and provide a proper resolution/refund at the earliest.

Electricity is going off multiple times a day without any prior notice, causing inconvenience in daily life and even basic needs in this heat
Requesting to look into this issue urgently and provide a permanent solution

UGC नियमों से समस्याएँ:

१. कैम्पस में पुलिस का इन्वॉल्वमेंट पूरे कॉलेज परिसर को एक एक्टिव क्राइम सीन बना देता है। बच्चे हँसी-मजाक तक करने से कतराएँगे। जहाँ कॉलेज प्रशासन का मुख्य ध्येय, किसी कथित अपराध पर (जो जघन्य/हिंसक न हो), बच्चों को पंद्रह दिन का निलंबन जैसा होता है, वहाँ अब पुलिस को घुसेड़ा जा रहा है। इंटेंट में ही दोष है कि कोई भेदभावपूर्ण टिप्पणी एक गंभीर अपराध माना जा रहा है। हालाँकि ब्राह्मणों की कब्र खोदने और चार जूते मारना आज तक अपराध नहीं बना और कॉलेज में जाति पूछने वाले स्वघोषित प्रोफेसर सरकार के सलाहकार हैं।

२. कॉलेज में बच्चे स्कूल के यूनिफ़ॉर्म युग से बाहर आ कर, स्वच्छंदता का अनुभव करते हैं। यह उनके लिए स्वयं को अभिव्यक्त करने का पहला मुक्त अवसर होता है। इन नियमों ने बच्चों के बोलने, उपहास, व्यंग्य आदि को प्रभावी रूप से सीमित कर दिया है।

३. यह जातिवादी छात्र संगठनों के लिए द्वेष आधारित निशानदेही और केस करने का एक मार्ग बन जाएगा। जो अभी ‘जूते चार’ की डफली पीट रहे हैं, वो ऐसी जातियों के बच्चों को सीधे जेल में भेजने के लिए हर झूठ का प्रयोग करेंगे।

४. सरकार के सामाजिक न्याय मंत्रालय का अपना सर्वेक्षण बताता है कि SC/ST Act में औसत कनविक्शन की दर केवल 8% है। OBC सर्वाधिक आरोपित वर्ग है जो जातिगत अपराधों में 81% भागीदारी करता है। 2200 से अधिक कालेज कैम्पसों में पूरे वर्ष में केवल 378 जातिवादी भेदभाव के केस आए। फिर लॉजिक क्या है कि इस नियम को लाया जाए? एक झूठ फैलाया गया कि दलितों के साथ अत्याचार हो रहा है, आँकड़े सपोर्ट नहीं कर रहे, और आप नियम पर नियम बनाए जा रहे हैं?

५. पिछले 15 वर्षों में सोशल मीडिया से ले कर कॉलेज राजनीति में सर्वाधिक विषैली जातिगत टिप्पणी का केन्द्र ब्राह्मण/सवर्ण रहे हैं। चाहे कॉलेज की दीवारें हो या छात्र संगठनों के नारे, सवर्णों के देवता, जातियाँ, प्रतीक और ग्रंथों के नाम पर भयावह टिप्पणियों को हम हर दिन देखते हैं। फिर ‘विशेषकर’ शब्द को नियमों में जोड़ते समय इस बात का ध्यान क्यों नहीं रखा गया?

६. झूठे केस में फँसने पर, पुलिस तक बात जाने पर, अकादमिक समय के नष्ट होने पर, उचित जुर्माने का प्रावधान क्यों नहीं है? यदि कोई बच्चा झूठे आरोप के कारण आत्महत्या कर ले तो कौन उत्तरदायी होगा? कैम्पस में आत्महत्याओं की संख्या जातिवादी टिप्पणियों के केस से अधिक है। आजकल के बच्चे भविष्य की चिंता, माता-पिता से भय आदि के कारण ऐसे कदम उठा लेते हैं।

यह पूरी नियमावली इंटेंट के स्तर पर ही घटिया है। कैम्पस अभिव्यक्ति का अड्डा होना चाहिए, जातिवादी विद्वेष का नहीं। जिस बात के रैम्पेंट होने के कोई प्रमाण नहीं, उससे प्रोटेक्शन को ले कर नियम किस जीव ने बनाए?

कैम्पस मित्रता के अंकुरन के लिए होता है, हेड-हंटिंग के लिए नहीं। यहाँ दीर्घकालिक दोस्ती बनती है, अल्पकालिक राजनीति नहीं।

इसकी समीक्षा हो। उचित प्रावधान रहें। हर जाति को जातिवादियों से सुरक्षा मिले। पुलिस की इन्वॉल्वमेंट केवल गंभीर हिंसा की स्थिति में हो। केस के निराकरण तक आरोपी-आरोपित पर कार्रवाई न हो। फर्जी केस पर, उसी केस के लिए प्रस्तावित दंड का दूना दंड मिले।

Remember, this the fight for your life, fight for your future. We have passed out from our colleges, universities and have very limited stake other than that of our kids who are toddlers.

This UGC guideline is a whip that will not only take the flesh of your body, but the very soul of the nation: your collective shaming at a place where you should be building great things for India.

So, I did my part. I wrote and spoke for last 11 days, relentlessly keeping everything at stake. Friends mocked me, ideological adversaries laughed at and party kept mum. Now mainstream media has been forced to pick up.

It's your time now. Go to UGC, stand for what's your right of a free campus, without the fear of a law that is based on a data of 0.004% of affected students, tell them they can't take away your friendship, freedom, research and results away from you.

You need to fight this out on road as the government is busy making committees to calm you down. But double down this time. A bunch of political retards, aiming to cement their political legacy on the whimsical idea of unproven injustices on so-called dalits, shouldn't be allowed to play with your lives, and by an extention, the nation itself.
