@zomato here with worst customer support. According to them if you have not recorder you screen and dont have proof of what you ordered and what was in your cart they can deliver or not deliver anything they want. @Swiggy hope this is not the case with you guys.

@zomato using wonderful tactic of showing free items as offer in cart at checkout but removing it once payment is done. And this is what is done with Gold subscribers, non gold members might not even be seeing the orders then.

Their so called customer support will ask for screenshots of the offer running on their app for you to be eligible to avail it. Might even need to start recording screen while placing orders from @zomato now

@BurgerKing Worst food chain ever. They accept your orders and claim it would be delivered in a maximum of 40minutes and then cancel it after 70minutes of placing order.
And to add to this then they don't even provide complete refund.
