This is my definition for content that I am considering: content is anything you want it to be; it's created by you for a reason. Perhaps it is something you express passion in or is important to you. Content is used to share and spread ideas to an audience. #engl318mu#drpgame
@juleskeiser Very true! The why is matters is hard to answer sometimes, at least for me. I think it varies depending on what the content is, but communication and connection do play a role in why it matters! #engl318mu
@Chwagner1989 I like how you said that content can be digital or not! This makes me think about the Info Lit. Project where information is everywhere. I also like how you distinguished content and information in your definition; it shows a difference between them!#engl318mu
@DMigias It's crazy how much I learned in four weeks! I feel that the last two projects combined everything I learned in the course so far. There were things that didn't make sense at first, but now they do! #engl318mu
@MersonMolly Yeah that one was interesting! That project made me realized that information is everywhere! Also, it helped me figure out how to collect data!π #engl318mu
Another thing I learned from this course was about information structure and design. I became consciously aware about certain choices on different platforms from this course. This was the secret side of writing I did not know about!π #engl318mu
Hey everyone, I'm struggling with some design choices. I'm keeping the title page's background, but I'm not sure which background I should choose for the rest of the slides. Should I stick with one, or do a mix of both? Which do you guys like better? #engl318mu
I think that the content analysis and H2WG project taught me to consider the audience and how to write for them. I never thought much about the audience because when I write essays, it is mostly the same audience that reads it. This class gave me a fresh look on it! #engl318mu
One thing that this class taught me is how to collect data and analyze. I am majoring in biology, and for this major, it is important to know how to collect and analyze your data. #engl318mu
@emduches I chose platforms that I was familiar with. For my content analysis project, I used PowerPoint. For my how to write guide, I am probably going to stick with a word document. When I created my content, I used Canva to design it. #engl318mu
@ewalton09 Mine was pretty long. My PowerPoint is over 50 slides. The reason why it is so long is because I broke up the text and used images to show what I found. I feel that as long as you followed the guidelines, you should be ok! #engl318mu
