Anjum- it's procedure to obtain prior permission and give undertaking of how many people will be there, timing of protest, etc.

Dipke- I will go to Police Station same day and demand permission

Anjum: Same day permission is never given. Why not take permission before?

Dipke- I will wait in police station till they give permission.

When CJP has appointed spokespersons why not obtain permission for protest?

They just want to Victim Play and create Drama at Police Station saying Delhi Police is not giving permission.
