To keep the records straight:

I have read several post made by @Wizarab10 concerning partnerships and marriages, I have never seen anywhere he stated that marriage is all rosy, easy and without its challenges and troubles.

What he had always preached is that two people who agree to come together as married couples should put in the requisite and intentional efforts to make their union work, habitable, sweet, sustainable and worthy of the while.

SINCERITY AND KINDNESS have always been the contention of all he preaches about marital unions. Those of you who specializes in threatening unmarried people with marriage should go and hide your faces in shame because you cant accept the fact that you married wrong and that you made a terrible choice in choosing your partner.

Everyone would not marry a komodo dragon like your wife which have humbled you in ways you couldn't believe or imagine. "Marry first" should not be a pathway to where a particular human being chooses to humble another human being because he has chosen to tolerate a baggage of nonsense stemming from the acceptance of the bigger one and the interpretation damaged people would give to his role if he stands against abnormalities that lingers because of his mental weakness and slavery.

I will marry and I would not also tolerate many nonsense most of you gulp down because you have deceived yourself into believing they are the norms you must accept to answer a good husband or a "real Man".

"FRACTURE" OF THE PENIS

Dear men,

When people say the penis can "break," they’re talking about a condition called Penile fracture, but it’s not a bone breaking, because the penis has no bone. What actually happens is a tear in a tough covering called the Tunica albuginea, which surrounds the blood-filled chambers that create an erection.

During an erection, the penis becomes rigid because these chambers (called Corpora cavernosa) are filled with high-pressure blood. If the erect penis is suddenly bent forcefully, often during vigorous sex or trauma, that pressure has nowhere to go, so the outer layer can tear, almost like overinflating a tyre until it bursts.

Patients often describe a "popping" sound, sudden pain, rapid loss of erection, and swelling or bruising. It’s a medical emergency, because if not treated quickly (usually with surgery), it can lead to long-term problems like curvature, pain, or erectile dysfunction.

- Blood pressure , Get yourself a BP Machine.

- Blood sugar/HBA1C- Checks level & control of sugar in your blood

- Liver Function test- (especially if you take Alcohol or a heavy drinker!)

- ECG- ( If you're a gym bro or thinking of checking into a gym, Don't go gymming without BP + ECG)

- Urinalysis- says much about your Kidney and system

- EUCR- To check your kidney functions.

- HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C. (If you're sexually active)
Get your Hep B vaccination. It is cheap

- Sperm/ Seminal Fluid analysis- (if you're planning marriage or starting a family soon)

- Fasting Lipid profile- checks level of your blood fats

- Full blood count- To see your blood levels

As you hit 40- 50s talk to your Doctor about Prostate cancer screening and Colonoscopy ( especially if you have family history of Cancer)

In 2026, if you want to live longer, Avoid Alcohol and smoking.
Make these occasional routine tests.

- Normalise scheduling routine appointments with your Doctor.

With 50 to 100k, you can do these within a year.
