A child from Itanagar, Arunachal Pradesh, has a message for those who still call people from the Northeast Chinese. After a man asked her if she was Chinese, she responded, ‘Hum log India hain. I feel very sad and angry when people call us Chinese. We are Indians, don’t call us Chinese.’

Her words reflect the hurt and frustration many people from the Northeast face because of such racial stereotypes.

I’ve heard this argument from almost every Tom, Dick, and Harry: “The Indian Army runs on the taxes we pay!”

Well, here’s a plot twist: Indian Army personnel pay taxes too. And considering their salaries, many of them probably contribute more in taxes than the average Tom, Dick, or Harry making this argument. 😌

So, no, you’re not single-handedly funding the Indian Army because you paid your income tax. The soldiers are taxpayers too. The difference is, they’re paying taxes while also putting their lives on the line. 🇮🇳

@journo_jitendra Cadre review was also done in 2015 , it is just one time relief no proper and time scale promotion.
Like for group B cadre review in BSF, Now three inspectors in 1 Coy , but no post creation for ACs, where will three inspectors go now. coz in GP A CR in BSF post of ACs r reduced.
