@HeyBroadband fibre fault in hp13 affecting the whole street... might have something to do with the open reach guy pulling loads of cables out if the pit on the crescent...

@Richard03514814 @HeyBroadband Mixed bag... engineer booked for tomorrow (was morning but they rang back an hour later to move it to the afternoon) but there's a second conversation with support which is going down a different route... am confused tbh but let's see what tomorrow brings

@Richard03514814 @HeyBroadband Got tired of waiting so chased by phone, now waiting for an engineer to ring me to arrange a site visit as they can't see my router... not surprising when there's a fibre fault, that means 2 more days of no Internet...

@SupFamPuddi @chriswitty79 @pecolombo @HeyBroadband Just looking at the past few days data on ThinkBroadbands monitor and something changed again on May 11th, my latency is back down to a few ms, packet loss has basically disappeared.... stability is better too, only 2 drops in 5 days... how is everyone else fairing?

@SupFamPuddi @chriswitty79 @pecolombo @HeyBroadband The more I look at this, the less I understand! The BGP table is inconsistent, some locations show Cogent as a peer, some don't! Equally something changed on the ASNs for Hey/F&W too, clearly things are changing though, fingers crossed for the better!
