@HyundaiIndia Does the DCT in Verna (2025) disengage clutch when it's in "Auto Hold"? Or do you recommend putting it in neutral gear when stopping for red lights?
@ProteanEgovTech Not only do you limit the login passwords to a paltry 14 characters, you also silently truncate new, longer passwords to fit, while showing a "password successfully changed" notice? This is some crazy low quality UX you've created.
Found a flexible way to parse log messages in Cloudwatch while hacking on a project. Read a quick summary here:

@Rainmaker1973 Today years old. Although it works best on this specific diamond design. If the sides of diamonds weren't curved, it's harder and makes less sense.
@TkDodo@t3dotgg @MatthewRideout Yep. Try editing a login and adding a new field of type One time password. That'll let you scan a QR code or enter the TOTP key manually too, if needed. The desktop app automatically reads any QR codes open on the screen.
Hey @SamsungMobile . Why is galaxy store trying to "update" the Zoom and Excel, which I downloaded from play store, and replacing them with galaxy store versions?
Reminders are needlessly complicated with @Google assistant. Tasks, Calendar and Keep are all capable of creating reminders. Yet, assistant saves them to another, obscure location accessible only from the app's settings?! Why can't they automatically show up in Tasks?
@DowlandAiello @ThePrimeagen I disagree. Doom and spacemacs are amazing distros. While I use my custom config now, I never would have gotten started if it weren’t for spacemacs. I’d always recommend beginners to use one of those.
Emacs is already a big enough switch to take on elisp right away.

Today during my @ElixirConfEU keynote I announced there is an ongoing PhD scholarship for researching and developing a type system powered by set-theoretic types for Elixir.
Here is a quick summary... 🧵 [1/6]
@Rukomoynikov Interesting. I didn't know they break up their commissions in slabs like that.
25% is too high for any size of revenue anyways. 15% and then 10% or lower sounds more reasonable.
Can someone explain how #apple's app store share pricing for devs is not backwards?
If an app goes from making $999,999 to $1,000,000, then that's only one extra dollar, but commission increases to 25% from 15%.
Devs should be incentivized to sell more, not less?
@SamsungIndia Been requesting customer care across email and phone for more than 3 weeks to send someone for AC repair. That's 3 weeks worth of 'Someone should call or visit later today'.
What's it gonna take? Waiting for warranty to run out?
