He’s now 6-0 against Ben in the head-to-head.

✅26th title
✅60th top 10 win

After years of doubt building up on whether he’d ever win a Slam, he ends 2026 with 2 of them.

Many investors want the long-term returns without the short-term pain.
This chart is an important reminder that you don't get one without the other.

THE MOMENT BEN SHELTON BEAT CARLOS ALCARAZ IN THE LATEST FINISHING MATCH IN US OPEN HISTORY.

3:33 in the morning.

But when you play the sport like that, you lose all sense of time.

Ben brought back his phone celebration 📞

It’s Big Ben time. 🇺🇸🥹

WOW.

BEN SHELTON KNOCKS OUT THE DEFENDING CHAMPION.

THE WIN OF HIS LIFE.

The latest finish ever at the US Open.

He was 0-3 against Carlos coming into the match.

He's into the semifinals here for the first time since 2023.

✅3rd Slam SF
✅3rd top 10 win of 2026
✅Won 11 of last 12 matches.

BIG BEN JUST DID THAT.

2.51am.

Officially the latest ever finish in US Open's history.

[Ben Rothenberg @BenRothenberg]

Fourth set ends at 2:20 a.m. Shelton leaves court.

Latest ever U.S. Open finish, 2:50 a.m., is surely in danger here.

Alcaraz set that previous record with Sinner in 2022, so at the very least he’ll likely have the top two spots.

Another angle of Alcaraz ridiculousness 👀
