Unfortnuate that Eureka Forbes has closed the complaint without rectification for product under warranty even with unauthorized charges by mechanic as refused to part with receipt. never seen such poor response. new complaint no.CM-300423-9009772 yet to be attended.

@EurekaForbes we purchased water softener in Aug 22. Few days back it’s filter cover developed cracks causing water leakage. Your person attended complain but charged for cover without issuing receipt. Regret new cover not worked even for a day. Never experienced poor service.

My son met an accident while a speeding Volkswagen mechanic on his trial/test run hit at full speed as he took a turn abd was not able to see another vehicle coming as snail speed

@ThaiAirways @THAISmileIndia @ThaiSmileAirway absolutely horrible experience yesterday. Original direct flight from Phuket to Mumbai at 2045 hrs got rescheduled to 1605 hrs via Bangkok. It was confirmed luggage will be transferred at Bangkok but our bags did not reach Mumbai!!
