एक युवक पर जातिगत अभद्र टिप्पणी कर उसके साथ मारपीट की गई, पंडित समाज पर अभद्र टिप्पणी किया उसके बाद युवक पर ही लगा दिया SC/ST एक्ट।

अब पुलिस का कहना है कि पूरी गलती युवक की है, उसने ही पहले गाली-गलौज की। और ये सब प्रतिक्रिया स्वरूप किया गया। और तो और पुलिस इस वीडियो को अधूरा बता रही है। फिर पूरा वीडियो कहाँ है?

वैसे संविधान के किस अनुच्छेद में लिखा है कि प्रतिक्रिया स्वरूप :- किसी के साथ मारपीट करना, उसके पूरे समाज पर अभद्र टिप्पणी करना अपराध नहीं है? इस महिला ने जो जातिगत अभद्र टिप्पणी की है उस पर कार्रवाई क्यों नहीं?

लोनी गाजियाबाद से हमने #Repido से गाड़ी बुक की फोन पर ड्राइवर से बात हुई लेकिन आने में ज्यादा टाइम की बात पर हमने राइड कैंसिल कर दी और फिर हमने #Uber से गाड़ी बुक कर ली । इसके बाद हमारे सामने एक वेगनआर गाड़ी आकर रुकी। हमने उसे अपना बुक नाम बताया उसने कंफर्म करते हुए हमें गाड़ी में बैठने को कहा और हम बैठ गए। इसके बाद हमने उसे ओटीपी बताया लेकिन उसने यह कहते हुए ओटीपी नहीं लिया कि नेटवर्क नहीं आ रहे हैं तो आपका डिटेल शो नहीं कर रहा और बोला कि आपको कहां जाना है और पूछा हमसे कि आपको कितने पैसे दिखा रहे थे ऐप में। इस पर मुझे कुछ शक हुआ मैंने ड्राइवर का नाम पूछा लेकिन उसने नहीं बताया मैंने दो बार गाड़ी का नंबर पूछा मैच करने के लिए लेकिन उसने नहीं बताया। इसके बाद मैंने नीचे उतरकर गाड़ी नंबर देखा जो कि वह नहीं था जो हमने बुक की थी। इसके बाद हम अपनी टीम के साथ उतर गए इतने में ही दूसरी गाड़ी जिसको हमने बुक किया था वह गाड़ी लोकेशन पर आ जाती है और हम उसमें बैठ गए। इस बीच दूसरी गाड़ी वाला हमारा पीछा करते हुए हमारे पास आता है और बत्तमीजी से बोलता है और सफाई में भी झूठ बोलता है। मैंने राइड कैंसिल की इस पर यह दबंगई दिखा रहा था हद तो तब हो गई जब इसने पीटने तक कि धमकी दे दी। मतलब चोरी और ऊपर से सीनाजोरी। वीडियो में आप इसका व्यवहार देख सकते हैं। हम Ex Muslim Saleem Swastik पर हुए जानलेवा हमले की ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट करके लौट रहे थे।

बहरहाल, हम अपना गाड़ी का शीशा बंद कर आगे बढ़ जाते हैं क्योंकि उसके इरादे ठीक नहीं थे और वह ड्राइवर मुस्लिम था। तब समझ आया कि लोग मुस्लिम ड्राइवर का नाम आते ही इसलिए राइड कैंसिल कर देते है। अब देखते हैं रेपिडो वाले इस पर क्या एक्शन लेते हैं।
