‘Svayambodha and Shatrubodha’ by Pankaj Saxena should be made compulsory reading across Bharat for class 9 students.
Hopefully 10 years on we will have a generation of Bharatiyas acutely aware of their Shatru — enemy — within and without.
We have no shatrubodh, hence no dignity.
Śatapatha expressly provides for Brāhmaṇas to visit lands previously uninhabited by Brāhmaṇas by performing Yajñas. In the Śatapatha itself, this was tested on the Videha land near Madhyadeśa.
But the same method can be said to have been tested on the Drāviḍa lands.
By the Saṅgam era, some intrepid Brāhmaṇas were already performing agnikārya regularly. Rājasūya had already been performed. There is an arguable reference to a Yajña performed on what appears to be a Śyenaciti.
There is a Pāṇḍya king, who littered Yūpas across the Tamizh lands—a reference to his many sacrifices.
Brāhmaṇas had already settled down to the extent that there were career Śrautīs among them and there are even Saṅgam songs in praise of such Śrautīs. There is a reference to the six duties in pure Tamizh terms—adhyayana, adhyāpana, yajana, yājana, dāna & pratigraha—showing that Brāhmaṇadharma had been well-institutionalised.
By the close of the Saṅgam era, the Vaidika religion was extraordinarily well-patronised by the Drāviḍa kings.
The sages’ prohibitions on residing in the Drāviḍa lands were effectively rendered otiose and non-functional due to the tireless efforts of a few Brāhmaṇas who made Agni taste those lands.
Also, one must look at the intention behind the prohibition. The purpose was for Brāhmaṇas to avoid the risk of slippage in ācāra due to prolonged residence in territories, where those who did not accept the Vaidika religion were dominant. What is framed as a prohibition is but a strong warning against taking a risk.
Clearly, a small group of intrepid Brāhmaṇas voluntarily assumed this “risk” and not only managed to practise their religion freely but also established it throughout the Drāviḍa lands, creating a safe haven for Śrautasmārta rites.
Also, it’s pointless to speak of that prohibition when the whole of Bhārata today is a vast collection of alternating pockets of dhārmika and adhārmika samparka. You can now find oases of dharma and deserts of adharma at different abodes across both Madhyadeśan and Drāviḍadeśa.
The prohibition—so to speak—has been rendered irrelevant by both excellence and almighty time.
1. A purva paksha of Enlightenment is a project that is worth taking but that has not been undertaken so far. In parts it has been critiqued but not in entirety.
So we need to be doubtful of folks who feign 'critiquing Enlightenment values', and ask their credentials to do so.
Are Bharat's ancient texts merely mythology...
or could they preserve memories of real historical events?
@saamaanyafreaky spent years investigating this question using evidence from:

Grateful for the opportunity to work on this project.
Our idea with this book, and its upcoming second volume, is to gently introduce the learner to IKS and thenceforth to research via it.

From "disclosure" files to Hollywood movies to prime us - the West slowly prepares for a revelation of human contact with/discovery of alien life forms.
But the Hindu may ask - disclosure of what? To whom?
@saamaanyafreaky probes this curious inflection.

The attacks against Hindus and Bharat are coordinated.
The contempt is racial.
The condescension is ideological.
There's an awakening, and that awakening has rattled Western history mafias built on propaganda and control.
Our podcast with @saamaanyafreaky exposes the hypocrisy of the narrative cartels.

Many wonder after @singhsahana ji's post why I started - Bodha.
"Here is the answer. All diversity is not division. All diversity does not harm unity. More orgs do not always mean more division."
