@luggagehero Hello. I have been trying to contact the customer care for a 45$ charge for cancellation. It was not really a cancellation but a modification in booking to a different store. Also, this modification was done in less than 30 seconds of the original booking

@vfsglobalcare @VFSGlobal I have been following up on my refund for UK Priority Visa fee for almost 1.5 years now (Ticket No: 918172). The only response I get it " it's still under process". Could please someone help me regarding this?

@martynroper Hello sir, I'm writing this to seek help in regards to my passport. I'm a resident of Cayman Islands since 2+ years and applied for my UK Standard Tourist Visa on November 3, 2021 by giving biometrics at VFS Centre in the town. The usual service time is 5 weeks max.
