Internal beta testing is always a good testbed for beta testing and even some A/B testing. There are tons of opinion, but th trick has been to really get down to the user needs rather than asks. The sub current of needs is pretty similar

@ganders2112 @epatt6 I was a PM at webex, it has definitely improved tremendously in the last 3-4 years. Being on the other side now and using slack + zoom , I realize how underaporeciated the webex persistent messaging + conferencing experience is .
