@CB2 You’ve fallen shorter than Tyrion Lannister. I’m tired of calling your customer service number and being bounced around for a simple delivery when your team commits to fixing stuff and then doesn’t. You don’t value your customers’ time.

@CB2@CrateandBarrel You guys delivered at the wrong time, left without even showing up, and now 5 hours later still have provided ZERO clarity on when you’re showing up. This has been on the books for 2 weeks. Do better and stop making your dysfunction the customers problem
@CB2 They cannot provide longer time and this has been a KNOWN constraint from the time the delivery was scheduled and CB2's agent agreed to it. Now CB2 scheduled the wrong time window and is making this my problem. Several things are scheduled around this. CB2 needs to come through.
@PayPal It seems your brand does not take fraud seriously. I just got off the phone with your support after someone looks to have opened an account in my business's name (I am not a customer) and the response was horrendous. No sense of urgency or knowledge. What am I missing?
@Intuit Your support has continued to fail at this again and again and again @Intuit. I've spent hours on this with no results and you continue to hold my funds hostage with no clarity of resolution. Is this part of your financial strategy? Should customers expect this lack of support?
@Intuit Quickbooks is holding a large invoice hostage with zero clear steps to resolution from your support team and emails bouncing because the "case doesn't exist". Who at Intuit can resolve issues like this? Your email and phone support cannot.
@ATT I've now had two iPhone 12 orders canceled on your end with no explanation and called in to try to do it by phone and "my partner wasn't answering" so I was disconnected. Do you guys have the capability to sell me an iPhone or should I stick with @Verizon?
@mcuban Mark please swap with @realDonaldTrump and bring some of this logical thinking into the White House. He can backfill your position arguing with Mr. Wonderful.
