I’m doing the Thrive in 5 program with blood work before and after a 5-week diet change. Curious about effects on cholesterol, blood pressure, HbA1c. Will measuring help with adherence? Hoping to find whole-food, plant-based recipes we enjoy, as past attempts haven’t stuck.

Americans are at work between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. local time. Considering time zones (EST to PST), that's about 3 p.m. - 3 a.m. CET. Southeast Asians are generally at work between 9 a.m. - 6 p.m, or about 3 a.m. - 12 p.m. CET. To avoid both, aim for 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. CET.
ChatGPT is much more stable before 3PM working in CET, Spain. Probably because there is less demand when other populous time zones are not working. Will inference use spot pricing over time incentivizing working at low use times?
