Я, кстати, думаю, что корень всех бед рынка труда в айти, как то: всратые вакансии, многоярусные собеседования, литкододроч, и, наконец, волки - то, что ошибка вида "наняли не того" обнаруживается почти сразу, а ошибка вида "не наняли того" - почти никогда.
