CANCELLATION MSG AT 10:36 PM

I booked a bus from Lucknow to Mathura for 11 April 11:30 PM. I reached to intercity lounge before 10:30 PM, and at 10:36 I am recieving msg that bus is cancelled. I was there with my entire family, booked for 6 people.

And this repeated negligence in handling last-minute cancellations without providing any alternate arrangement reflects extremely poor customer service and lack of responsibility.
