Dear Indian Railways
We were travelling by train no - 22946 on 03rd Oct 25 from VG to MMTC we were unaware untill after boarding the train TC tells us Train will stop at Dadar station and won’t go further to MMTC I have a mother she is Senior Citizen (1)..

We arrived at 4 am in morning no proper street lights no proper taxi stand carrying a old mother + 2 year all kid with all luggage it has been a hard time to commute after paying up to Indian Railways 2 months before and this is the service we get wow

We had not given any prior information about such events of train not being available till its final stop for what we had already paid for further consequences after arriving at dadar station we faced very hard to find a taxi to go to south Mumbai they asked for lumpsum money (2)
