@RiotSupport @LeagueOfLegends Leagues ban system has to change, are they just ignoring baning people in low elo 'cause it is just that, low elo or is it actually something wrong with the bansystem where it only targets flaming reports and not any other forms of reports

This account has about 30-40 games where he's running it down midlane and feeding the enemy team, i deranked after this game wich is sad, and knowing that this guy has been able to do this withouth getting any consequences is just bizarre
